This simply isn’t true. “Dreammakers” exist. They balance profit and purpose, and along that road build sustainable ways to lift people and communities up.

We just have to tell their stories. And we’re here to do that.

Host Neha Sampat interviews dreammaker women about their journeys so that more people can find purpose while pursuing growth. Sampat has gone against the grain of startup mythology. She is a three-time tech founder and CEO known for building successful companies that are great places to work.
